How will I receive my ticket?

All tickets will be delivered a few days prior to your confirmed session via the US Open Tennis Championships USTA mobile app. Make sure you have the mobile app downloaded on your phone and that you have created an account to access your tickets. Is there a dress code?

Smart casual attire is recommended. For safety purposes, please avoid wearing flip-flops or uncovered shoes.

 

Where is the Chubb Suite located?

The Chubb Suite is number 116 in Arthur Ashe Stadium.  Refer to the ‘Maps’ tab in the top menu for location.

 

How do I get to and from USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center?

If not taking the transfer that Chubb will arrange for you, we recommend catching public transport or Rideshare.  Please leave plenty of time as traffic is very busy and delays are common.

Can I take a bag into USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center?

All bags are subject to search and must not be larger than 12”W x 12”H x 16”L. Backpacks are not permitted. Learn more about the US Open’s security procedures and prohibited items. 

 

When does the Day Session begin?

For the first 10 days of the tournament, the earliest you can enter the grounds with a Day Session ticket is at 9:30 am. Entry to the grounds for the final four days of the tournament begins at 11:00 am.

When does the Evening Session begin?

The earliest you can enter the grounds with an Evening Session ticket is 6:00 pm. Generally the stadium entry time is one hour prior to the start of the session. Please note that while Evening Sessions are scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm, the start time could vary depending on the conclusion of the Day Session matches.

How many matches are played in Arthur Ashe Stadium during a given session?

The schedule for each day’s matches is posted on the official US Open website the night before they occur. There will be two matches played during the day and evening sessions in Arthur Ashe Stadium. This is subject to both weather and schedule changes. Ultimately, the number of matches is determined by the Referee’s Office and is subject to change at any time.

 

What other courts can I access with my ticket?

Your Arthur Ashe Stadium ticket provides an assigned seat in Chubb's suite (#116) in the main stadium along with first-come, first‑served access to Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand and all of the field courts.
